A 30-acre build-ready site with a 200,000 square foot building pad is under construction at the Eastern Kentucky Business Park. Once complete, it will allow larger companies to quickly find a home in the Eastern Kentucky region.
The International Landing Zone is a first-in-the-nation model that’s based on creating a low-risk/low cost solution for foriegn companies looking to enter the U.S. market, and it’s based at the Eastern Kentucky Business Park. Here, there is mixed-use space available for multiple tenants. There are 21,000 square feet of space that can be occupied by a variety of tenants.

More foriegn companies are looking for a U.S. location in light of 2020 supply chain disruptions. The Eastern Kentucky Business Park offers a solution. In addition to offering access to the majority of the U.S. and close proximity to automotive and aerospace OEMs, the ILZ eliminates the risk of taking on a full lease. Instead, foreign companies can cluster with other companies entering the U.S. market for the first time.
