Water
Martin County Water and Sanitation Districts and Prestonsburg Utilities provide water service to the Martin Industrial Building with 670,000 gallons per day of water available. Currently, a 12” main line runs through the site.
Sewer
Paintsville Utilities provides sewer service with 600,000 gallons per day of excess sewer capacity, and a 6” PVC main line.
Electric
AEP/Kentucky Power is available with 3-phase service from two substations: 69kV & 138kV.
Natural Gas
Kentucky Frontier Gas provides natural gas service. The main line is 4″ with the ability to provide multiple service options based on customer needs.
Telecom
East Kentucky is the beginning of the Kentucky Information Highway. A broadband initiative titled “Kentucky Wired” is adding to already existing fiber within the region, extending gigabyte service to government, business and homes faster than ever before. This Park has existing service through local telecom companies, AT&T and Foothills Communications.
Transportation
The Martin Industrial Building is a 30+/- acres and is located within the Eastern Kentucky Business Park. The site is approximately 0.5 miles from four-lane KY HWY 3 connecting to US HWY 23. Interstate 64 access is available approximately 70 miles from the site via four-lane US HWY 23.
Martin Industrial Building is adjacent to the Big Sandy Regional Airport, which is available for private aircraft as well as freight. The site is within 1.5 hours of commercial air service availability from Tri-Cities Airport near Kingsport, Tennessee, and Yeager Airport in Charleston, West Virginia.
