Kentucky Enterprise Industrial Park Features New Spec Building

The Kentucky Enterprise Industrial Park has a new spec building that was just leased by Wright Construction and Concrete, Inc.. Spec buildings offer businesses a competitive edge because the work has been done on the property, making it faster to get to the move-in day.
