In short, the KCTCS-Trains program is available for qualifying businesses. The program can be used to pay for 100% of the training cost associated with hiring new employees. If a business doesn’t qualify for this program, there are additional incentives and grants that could work. The Bluegrass State Skills Corporation, for example, is a good option.
