International companies in search of a U.S. location should consider East Kentucky’s four regional industrial parks. The industrial parks offer certified sites with utilities in place. “Supply chain issues and logistics delays are causing more and more international companies to open a U.S. location. Our industrial parks have everything they need in place to break ground, start building and open their doors in under a year,” said Chuck Sexton, President and CEO of One East Kentucky.

East Kentucky Industrial Parks Attract International Companies

Already, international companies like Dajcor Aluminum have come to East Kentucky. “They were able to open their doors quickly and find the staff they needed to be fully operational. Dajcor is a Canadian aluminum company experiencing much success in Kentucky,” said Sexton.

Available industrial parks include the Coal Fields Industrial Park in Chavies, the Gateway Industrial Park in Jenkins, the Eastern Kentucky Business Park in Debord and the Kentucky Enterprise Industrial Park in Pikeville. All offer businesses an opportunity to break ground and build quickly so they can be operational and meet customer demand.
