KY Innovation taps SOAR to lead RISE consortium

Shaping Our Appalachian Region has been chosen to head a regional hub and to serve, attract and develop entrepreneurs in Appalachia by KY Innovation and Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin.
SOAR will receive a $450,000 award, matched in cash and with in-kind services, that SOAR Executive Director Jared Arnett said would allow the organization to triple its staff and to open eight regional offices in Appalachia.
