Vance Mitchell is a graduate of the Kentucky College of Business and also attended the American Institute of Management and Business Administration and US Army Logistics Management College.
Before joining Solid Ground, Vance worked at various construction companies and spent 14 years at the Commonwealth of Kentucky Administrative Office of the Courts managing their facilities department and overseeing $500 million dollars of capital construction. Vance has one son, Teron (23) who is a senior at Western Kentucky University. Vance currently resides in Stanford, Kentucky and enjoys working out, sports, and anything outdoors.
