Codell Construction Company is a fifth generation, family owned corporation. J.C. Codell established the company’s headquarters in Winchester, Kentucky in 1914, as a heavy and highway construction company. Codell Construction Company diversified into the field of Construction Management in the mid-1980’s. Since then, Codell has successfully completed hundreds of projects in Kentucky, Tennessee, Indiana, Louisiana, Georgia and North Carolina, through Construction Manager, Construction Manager at Risk and General Contractor project delivery methods. Codell has provided pre-construction, construction phase and post-construction phase services for new construction and renovation projects with budgets ranging from one million to forty-five million dollars. In 2018 Codell celebrated its 110th year of providing quality services to its customers.
