David Tackett is Executive Vice President of and President of Eastern Region for Community Trust Bank. During his time with Community Trust Bank, David has served as Market President for Floyd, Johnson, and Knott Counties and as a branch manager. He is a native of Floyd County and has served on various Boards in the region, including the Southeast Kentucky Chamber of Commerce.
