Ivy Stanley is a Kentucky native growing up in central Kentucky and a proud graduate of Western Kentucky University ('10 and '12), the University of Kentucky's Kentucky Institute for Economic Development ('12) and the University of Oklahoma Economic Development Institute ('20).

Stanley has nearly 10 years of experience in community and economic development. She began her career working with the local municipality and chamber of commerce in Greensburg, Kentucky. As community development coordinator, Stanley spearheaded many community revitalization efforts, obtaining hundreds of thousands in various grant funds to do so. Before joining the One East Kentucky team in July 2018, she served as the economic development marketing coordinator at the Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

Ivy currently serves as a board member for the Kentucky Association for Economic Development (KAED) and most recently secured a $1.23 million Appalachian Regional Commission grant for One East Kentucky to further our economic development efforts.
