Alpine Consulting & Engineering, Inc. was founded in 1997 as an Engineering
Firm. The firm is involved in surveying and engineering activities. Presently, the
home office is located in Pikeville, Kentucky. Alpine Consulting & Engineering,
Inc. has conducted work through Eastern Kentucky, Virginia, and West Virginia
for various clients. Scope of work on the various projects has ranged from very
small projects to very substantial projects. . Alpine’s focus has been primarily
with the coal industry and surface mining. We have extensive experience in
surface mine permitting. In addition, we offer a range of other services, to
include, but not limited to, reserve studies, various geologic and biological
services, along with surveying, both property and engineering. All work is done
using the most modern equipment and techniques.
